First career

My first career unfolded on stages, in shop windows, and in spaces:
training as an interior decorator, visual designer, and theatre set decorator.
Colors, light, materials, sightlines, props –
every decision creates atmosphere, every surface reveals a stance.

This way of thinking in space and images continues to shape my profiling work to this day.

Profile work

Since 2008, I have worked as a profile analyst and advised more than 2,500 people –
from executive leadership through sports, culture, and family businesses
to neurodivergent profiles with rich inner worlds.

This is grounded in solid training in
profile analysis,
executive coaching,
conversation facilitation, diagnostics, and conflict dynamics.

Added to this are many years of direct work
with people whose decisions multiply –
within organizations, brands, teams, families, and the public sphere.

This combination of training, experience, and
scope of responsibility forms the foundation of my profiling work.

language in emails, meetings, conversations, and appearances

My perspective resembles criminal profiling, applied to
leadership, business, brand, impact, and neurodiversity.
